Switching to another provider
You can switch with your website to another provider or to your own systems at any time. Tell us via WhatsApp or at prontoweb@tiro-agent.com where you are switching to. The procedure and the deadlines are set out in our terms, § 6 (6).
The data you receive

You receive everything together as a ZIP file. There is no dedicated interface for the transfer.
How the files are structured
- Text files are UTF-8. In the file with your messages, each message appears with date and time; in the file with the texts of your website, each text appears under the name of its place.
betrieb.jsonis JSON with these fields:name(name of the business),address(address),opening_hours(opening hours, list),services(services, list) andcontactwithphone,whatsapp,email,instagram,booking(link for booking) andregistration(link for registration). If an item of information is missing, it containsnullor an empty list.- Photos, logos and documents remain in the format in which you sent them, for example JPEG, PNG or PDF. Videos are MP4.

What is not included
- design, templates, program code and framework of your website (Terms § 8 (3)),
- stock photos. You can download them from the provider yourself under the provider’s licence,
- server logs.
What it costs
The switch itself costs nothing. During the transition period, you pay the monthly fee pro rata by the day.

We protect ourselves against access to your data by authorities outside the EU as follows: we transfer data to the USA only on a basis under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, encrypt it in transit and pass on only as much data as the respective step requires. If an authority demands data, we check whether it is entitled to do so and hand over only what we are obliged to.
