Annex 2 to the General Terms and Conditions of ProntoWeb · Part of the contract (Terms § 4)

§ 1 Website subscription

€19.00 per month, final price including VAT. The price applies to all sectors. There is no minimum term, and you can terminate monthly (Terms § 6).

Only for businesses established in another EU country with a valid VAT ID: €19.00 per month net; you owe the VAT yourself (reverse charge).

§ 2 Set-up

No set-up fee.

§ 3 Discounts

You enter a discount code on the payment page. Before you order, the payment page shows you how high the discount is, whether and when it ends and which price you pay after that. When the discount ends, the price under § 1 applies at the amount that applied when you ordered.

§ 4 Changes

Included in the monthly price under § 1, subject to fair use: up to computing costs of 5 US dollars per calendar month, after that again from the 1st of the following month (Annex 1 § 3 (3)). There is no purchase of additional changes. There is no introductory price; the price under § 1 applies from the first month.

§ 5 Domain

We do not currently offer this.

§ 6 AI images

We do not currently offer these. Whether they are included in the subscription or cost extra, we will decide before they are introduced.

§ 7 Payment

You pay via Stripe, using the payment methods offered on the payment page. The monthly price is due in advance.

§ 8 Validity

This price list applies to orders from the date stated above. We change the price of an existing contract only with your consent (Terms § 4 (5)).

§ 9 Removing the ProntoWeb notice

We do not currently offer this. The notice “Made with ♥ by ProntoWeb” is part of the subscription (Annex 1 § 3 (1)).

§ 10 Switching to another provider

The switch itself costs nothing. During the transition period, you pay the monthly fee pro rata by the day (Terms § 6 (6)).
